Tulsa Baby Photography

Baby photography is considered to be anything after the newborn stage. Typically this is after four weeks of age. Documenting your child’s development from the small milestones in their first year to the yearly birthdays is important! I have so much fun photographing your families grow from belly to newborn and beyond.

As with my newborn and maternity sessions I have all the props and outfits your Baby will need for their session.

These sessions should be booked 1-2 months in advance. During the fall season 3-4 months in advance is suggested to ensure availability.

Tulsa Baby Photography -The Process

When booking your baby or child’s session, I like to schedule a short phone call answer any questions you might have and to gather information to customize your session. During this call I will go over color preferences, location choices, your child’s personality, likes and dislikes. After this call I choose a location that best fits your vision and child’s needs. During the session, I will capture you child’s unique spirit. These sessions work best for mile stones such a sitting up unassisted (6-9 months old), 1st birthday and or Cake smash, paint splash, or any birthday.

I have lots of outfits and props to choose from for children 1 and under.

On the day of your session, we will meet at the chosen location just before sunset or in studio. I purposely choose sunset for outdoor photos for its gorgeous sunlight and young children are able to fully open their eyes without squinting. Please do not arrive early if you have small children. It is best to arrive right on time.

It generally takes me about two weeks to soft edit each session. I will contact you once your gallery is complete to schedule a time for your family to come view your gallery. At this time, I will help you hand select your artwork and the collection that best fits your needs. All images that are chosen with be fully edited before delivery.

Price/Session Fee

Child sessions have a session fee due at booking to hold the date chosen. (session fee does not go towards any digital or print package.) Sitter or mini sessions last about 30 minutes. Cake and paint smash sessions last one hour giving us time allowing enough time for a mini session and smash session at the end. after session is complete we will go through each of the phots and select your favorites to build the package that best suits you needs.

Sitter or mini session fee: $450 - include 10 digital image copies
Cake or paint smash session fee: $600-$750 (Customized for your baby) - Includes 15 digital image copies
