Photographs of my children

Today, I found myself sifting through a collection of photographs of my children, each image a small window into a moment that feels both fleeting and eternal. As I flipped through the pages, a wave of love washed over me—an overwhelming reminder of how much joy these little beings have brought into my life.

Each photograph tells a story: the way their eyes light up with laughter, the innocence captured in a candid moment, or the quiet times when they simply exist beside me, lost in their own worlds. I can almost hear their laughter echoing in my mind, the sweet sound that has become the soundtrack of my daily life. It’s in these simple moments that I find the essence of what it means to be a parent.

Looking at their faces, I see not just their present selves but glimpses of who they will become. I marvel at their growth, the milestones they’ve crossed, and the challenges they’ve faced with such resilience. It fills me with a profound sense of gratitude. I am so lucky to witness their journey, to be their guide and their cheerleader, even on days when I feel uncertain about my own path.

These photographs are more than just images; they are reminders of the love that binds us, the laughter we’ve shared, and the dreams we hold for the future. I want to remember these moments, to cherish them, and to continue creating new memories that will one day fill the pages of another album. In this love, I find my purpose, my joy, and the deepest connection to life itself.

Looking back at the last ten years in my career, I hope the moms who have hired me, have this same feeling when they set down to look at photographs of their children.
